Internal Automatic System
Backup
Each System is equipped with backup to
protect against loss of data. High-Speed
Internet is highly recommended for quick
support service connections, and remote
access.
Installation
With you every step of the way
Proper installation is critical to system
success. Fitting our equipment to your
location in the most logical arrangement
is why we come out to your location to
do an onsite assessment.
With over 20 years of installation
experience, you are assured that their
installation is economical, completed
in a timely manner, with minimal interruption
to your pizzeria.
Throughout the installation,
cables, materials, and equipment are routinely
inspected for operability. All tests are
performed to the latest industry standards.
The installations are designed to assure
ease of expansion so you can easily add
additional stations as you grow.
As much as possible, we
work to meet your schedule with the least
impact to your pizzeria customers. Most
installations take just one to two days.
After your installation
and training are complete we will "go
live" in real time to ensure you
have a smooth transition.
Training Programs
Our Training Programs are hands-on demonstrations
allowing everyone to learn the PDQ
Pizzeria Systems while our trainer
challenges them with scenarios. Our manual
is so easy to use our customers feel that
they don't need one.
Employee Training
Your Employee Training Program targets
line employees for instruction on the
day-to-day operation of the PDQ Pizzeria
System. As part of this training,
an Employee training manual and supporting
documents are provided to you and your
employees.
Manager Training
Our Manager Training Program is designed
to enable Store Managers to use the PDQ
Pizzeria Systems to their full advantage.
As part of this training, the Manager
Training Manual and supporting documents
are provided to owners and your Managers.
Software Support &
Upgrade Program
For a standard annual fee, you can enroll
in our software support and upgrade program.
You call us 24 hours a day seven (7) days
a week, 365 days a year, on our Toll-Free
Customer Support Hotline to request assistance,
with no limit on the number of calls.
Our Support Group will assist you with
identifying and correcting any operational
problems. Once the cause is identified
an immediate fix can often be downloaded
to your system, and it's all done over
a recommended High Speed Internet connection.
We provide our customer
with software enhancement upgrades as
a regular part of our Services and Support
offering. At periodic intervals software
upgrades will be provided to you.
Hardware
Support & Services
We also provide full service hardware
maintenance with on-site support. For
hardware related problems, our technical
support representatives will screen the
customer's call and determine what is
needed. Hardware Support Services cover
parts and labor associated with repairing
the problem. Each Customer is enrolled
in our "Hot" Swap Program. Our
field service will provide replacement
equipment on site, and all of our parts
come with a one-year Standard Warranty. |
