Official PDQ Giveaway Entry Rules

The PDQ Pizzeria POS System Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age and older, and a legitimate owner of a retail pizzeria, or restaurant that serves pizza. No entry fee, payment or purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. The sweepstakes starts March 7, 2008 at 12:00 A.M. EST, and ends 11:00 P.M. EST, May 9, 2008.

Limit one entry per retail establishment, and per email account. Multiple entries will void all entries by the same. Incomplete entries will be voided.

Winner Selection
All valid entries received are eligible to win the prize. Odds of wining depend solely on the total number of valid entries received. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 10, 2008. Winner will be notified by email, phone and mail. If the winner does not respond within one week, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without future compensation unless prohibited by law.

Prize. Signature Systems, Inc. will give away one PDQ Pizzeria System valued at $15,000. It includes PDQ Pizzeria System software package plus the following:

• 2 order entry touch screen stations,
• 1 driver dispatch station with delivery scanner,
• 2 kitchen printers,
• 1 cash drawer and
• 1 laser printer for reports.

Winner can substitute equipment of equal or lesser value if his/her store has different requirements. Any other alternative prize or cash equivalent is not permitted. Prize is nontransferable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the owner. Winner is responsible for all installation costs.
