Separate
Checks
ProTable allows the wait staff to split
tickets at anytime before, during, or
after taking the order. When the customers
are ready to pay, each check will be displayed
on the ProTable screen.
Daily
Specials
The main screen of ProTable has a button
that pulls up your daily specials.
Credit
Card Interface
PDQ modules integrate with credit card
processing software. Credit cards can
be swiped directly into PDQ and processed.
The wait staff no longer has to enter
totals manually with a separate credit
card processor.
Clocking
Out
Servers cannot clock out before closing
their checks. When the server attempts
to clock out, PDQ will prompt the server
to first close out all open checks.
Automatic
Price Changes
ProTable can automatically change the
price of items based on time of day or
day of week. Up to four different prices
for an item can be used based on the establishment's
requirements.
Table
Status
ProTable allows servers and managers to
monitor open tables, time since last order,
and current balance. The table status
allows the staff to be more responsive
to slow orders and informing the customer
of the delays.
