PDQ ProCAM allows the manager or owner of a restaurant establishment to monitor activities in the employee and customer areas. All activities are recorded on DVD allowing for review of incidents. Unlike VCR recording devices, ProCam only records when the cameras sense motion so the user doesn't have to search through hours of inactivity.

Some of the features of ProCam are:

Real Time Viewing
The user can view activities with all the cameras simultaneously. The computer screen can display multiple windows or each camera – with a simple click of the mouse. One camera window can be expanded to fill the computer screen.

Remote Monitoring
Users can monitor the cameras remotely over the Internet. With a web browser or ProCam's software, a user can view the establishment from virtually anywhere. Several layers of security prevent unauthorized users to access the system.

Video Text Insertion
ProCam can insert the customer's receipt on the video as the customer is cashing out. You can view the employee's transaction with the total amounts superimposed on the video providing a new level of security.

Smart Search
Recorded video can be searched based on various criteria allowing quick isolation of the incident. Once the video is found, images can be captured for printing, emailing, or storing.

Compatibility
ProCam is compatible with most CCTVs on the market. If your establishment currently has a security camera system, upgrading to ProCam may be as simple as unplugging the cameras and using them with ProCam.
